                                                                                               야끼소바 만드는 방법 ::

                                                                      

                                                                           우선 위 사진에 있는 ...집에서 해먹는 인스턴트 야끼소바를

                                                                                 

                                                                                    백화점이나 가까운 수입코너에서 구입하고(4인분 7.500원)

 

                                                                           거기에 들어갈 야채 : 양배추(조금). 당근 (반개).

            

                                                                               불고기용 소고기 (100g) 후라이팬과 포도씨유 기름 약간......

 

                                                                                     이상..(재료 1~2인분)정도 ...

                                                                                       일본식 야끼소바 만드는건 너무 간단하다.

                                                                                 

                                                                              팬에 포도씨유를 조금 두루고 소고기를 먼저 볶으면서...

                                                                                    

                                                                             소고기가 색이 변할때 쯤 약간 길게 납짝납작하게 썰은

                                                   

                                                                             당근과 엇비슷하게 큰깍두기 정도 크기로 썰은 양배추를

                                          

                                                                            팬에 넣고 양배추와 당근이 풀이 약간 죽을 정도로.... 볶는다.

                                                                           

                                                                             먹을때....양배추가 약간 풀이 죽은 상태에서 사각사각 씹는 맛이

                                                                             

                                                                               있어야 하기에..너무 볶으면 안된다.     

                                                                         

                                                                           그리고..봉지를 뜯어서 면을 찬물에 한번 씻어서 털어 준다.

 

                                                                          물기를 뺀 면을 풀어서 야채 볶은 위에 넣어 주고 봉지에 있는

 

                                                                            소스를 뿌려 살살 팬에서 볶아 접시에 담아 놓고 먹는다.

                                                                           

                                                                            먹기 전에 가다랭이를 뿌려 먹으면 더욱 맛이 있다.

                                                                 소스에서 나오는 특이한 향 때문에 내가 일본 음식 중에

 

                                                                 제일  입에 안맞았던것이...야끼소바와 오꼬노미야끼...

                                                                   

                                                                 다꼬야기 인데, 참...요즘 아이들은 어떤나라 음식이건 적응을 잘한다.

                                                                            이 야끼소바는 값이 저렴하고 소박한 서민 음식이며

                                                                       

                                                                            중 상류층을 불문하고 일본 식탁에서 빠지지 않는 인기 음식이다. 

 

                                                                            특히나 지금 처럼 더운 여름 철......

 

                                                                            일본에서는 마쯔리라는 축제가 곳곳에서 열리는데....여름 유카다(여름에 입는

                                                                

                                                                         혿겹 기모노) 에 부채를 들고...신발은 개다(나막신)을 신고 축제에 참가를 한다.

 

                                                                      이때에 빠지지 않고 등장 하는 인기 음식이 이 야끼소바 인데...

 

                                                                      이 음식은 야다이(우리나라 포장마차) 같은데서 많이 팔고....... 철판에서 금방 볶아 주며

 

                                                                      가격이 저렴하고.....다꼬야끼와 더불어 춘하추동 꾸준히 변하지 않고 인기 상종가를

 

                                                                       달리는 길러리 음식 중에 하나이다.

                                                                                     해물( 새우. 오징어.등) 을 소고기 대신 넣어 해물야끼소바도    

                                                                                         

                                                                                                         만들어 먹을수가 있고........

 

                                                                                  특히  여름 철에 시원한 맥주와 함께 먹으면 더 맛이 있다.
